Aumann linear winding technology – a particularly reliable solution, ideal for the manufacture of solenoid valves, relays, transformers, single element poles, antenna coils and speaker coils.

LWS - Linear Winding System
Aumann Plus-Icon

Description

The linear winding system LWS is the latest generation of the proven Aumann winding systems with linear spindle arrangement. The networkable, modular control concept is based on a Beckhoff PC control system. The modular design allows the mounting of a wide variety of different systmes, for use in manual mode, shuttle mode or transfer belt operation mode. Due to the development of a mass-optimized and strength-optimized design, the LWS has the highest degree of performance.

LWS/S - Linear Winding System for Thick Wire
Aumann Plus-Icon

Description

With the linear winding system LWS/S, Aumann has developed the first thick-wire machine on the market. It allows the use of wire diameters of up to 3.0 mm in an extremely large winding space. The networkable, modular control concept is based on a Beckhoff PC control system. The development of the machine was initialized by the mega trend of the electromobility. Here, high powers must be transmitted for a given voltage of the vehicle electrical system. This requires high cross-section of the wires. The swing frame variant (turret head) enables a parallel loading and further parallel processes.
