Assembly systems for the series production of electric motors
Aumann provides automated assembly systems for the series production of electric motors. Our core expertise: joining, thermal joining, screwing, dispensing and transmission assembly. Furthermore, we specialise in various test and inspection processes such as seal testing, tare function and electrical testing. Along with various transfer systems, ten automatic stations and five semi-automatic stations, the illustrated assembly line includes manual workstations and two repair areas. The system is 35 x 35 metres in size, and can produce three different types of electric motors in batch sizes of 1 in a cycle time of up to 400 seconds.
