Assembly line for cylinder head
Aumann offers highly automated production lines for the assembly of cylinder heads.
Our core competencies include a complete cylinder head assembly system PD/CR/CRplus, interlinked, with automatic stations, semi-automatic stations and manual workstations. The various transfer systems and automatic feeding devices ensure fully automatic operation of the system. In more than 10 individual stations, main processes such as press-fitting, assembly, joining, bolting and various testing processes, e.g. leak testing, are carried out.
Cylinder heads can be produced on the line in a cycle time of 20-45 seconds.
A large number of automatic and manual feeding and logistics systems are used directly on the line.
The production solution is tailored precisely to the customer's requirements (location, quantity, scaling, area, automation, ...) and has a total size of approx. 55 x 25m.
