Aumann offers highly automated assembly systems for the series production of hydraulic brake modules and air spring supply modules for passenger cars.
Our core competencies are the production of semi-automated workstations and automatic stations for the complete assembly and testing of individual components and complete units for hydraulic brakes and air spring control modules. And
in the joining and stiffening of balls and expanders
as well as processes such as clining, screws, calibration and adjustment incl. tests such as .B. leaka and function tests as well as vision tests.
Manual and automatic setup processes achieve a wide variety of variants.
Due to the cycle time of approx. 10 seconds, annual production figures can be reached in the seven-digit range.
The production solution is tailored to the customer's requirements (location, number of pieces, scaling, area, automation, ...).
Such a system has a total length of, among other things, 100 x 40 m.
