Description

The NWS needle winding system is a six-spindle winding system for the direct winding of internally or externally slotted stators. The design enables a networked, modular control concept. Seven regulated servo axes enable the fully automatic winding of axial and radial connection pins as well as auxiliary pins. At the same time, the wire laying system is driven via two servomotor axes. Also installed: CNC switchgear for coordinated stack positioning and a programmable, servo-controlled, sinusoid-oscillating lifting system. The wire guide nozzles can swivel horizontally and vertically; winding tools can be changed quickly. The NWS features a graphically supported user guidance via multi-touch panel and is of a compact, low-vibration construction.

Description

The NWS/S wire laying system is equipped with 4 servomotor-driven axes and features one winding spindle. It is particularly well suited for small series and laboratory applications in the field of electromobility. The integrated CNC switchgear enables coordinated stack positioning.
