Aumann offers highly automated assembly systems for ABS/ESP and air spring control units. These serve as electronic control units for safe and dynamic driving of Pkw´s.

Our core competencies lie in the manufacture of complete assembly systems with semi-automated coil and PCB assembly as well as automatic joining of the coils into PCBs (press-fit connection) with terminal access inspection.
Manual set-up processes enable a wide variety of variants and flexibility to be achieved and the series production of 19 different electronic controller types to be made possible.
Due to the cycle time of approx. 10 seconds per component, the annual production figures in the seven-digit range can be achieved.

Each manufacturing solution is tailored precisely to the requirements of the customer (location, volume, scaling, area, automation, ...).

Such a plant has a total length of approx. 6 x 1.5 m.
