Our core competencies lie in the assembly of semi-automated workstations and automatic stations.
The various transfer systems with workpiece carrier circulating concept and "Kanban" feeding devices ensure fully automatic operation of the system.
In more than 40 individual stations, main processes such as crimping, lancing (caulking), screwing, securing ring and sleeve assembly, adjustment processes and various tests such as pull-out testing, leak and function tests as well as vision tests are carried out.
A large variety of variants and flexibility is achieved through manual set-up processes and cycle times of less than 24s per component are possible.
The production solution is tailored precisely to the customer's requirements (location, quantity, scaling, area, automation, ...) and has a total size of approx. 30 x 85m.
