Aumann offers highly automated production lines for the assembly of injection technologies.

Our core competence here is the measurement in the micrometer range in order to ensure the extremely low nominal tolerances by means of classified components. This is only possible in an air-conditioned clean room, which in turn places high demands on the equipment. Transfer systems and automatic feeding devices for bulk material and palletized parts ensure fully automatic operation of the system. In more than 12 individual stations, main processes such as measuring, alignment (without touching the sensitive high-pressure sealing surfaces), joining, oiling, screwing and laser marking are carried out. In a separate system, the empty stroke is adjusted to the micrometer. All this with complete traceability for material and process data.

Different types can be produced on the line in a cycle time of 9s.

The production solution is tailored to the customer's requirements (location, quantity, scaling in expansion stages, area, automation, ...) and has a total size of approx. 16 x 7m.
