Aumann provides assembly systems for the series production of hybrid engines Our core expertise is in joining, thermal joining, screwing, dispensing and resistance welding. Furthermore, our range of services includes transmission assembly, as well as various testing and inspection processes: seal testing, tare function, and electrical testing. Along with various transfer systems, ten automatic stations and five semi-automatic stations, the illustrated assembly line includes manual workstations and two repair areas. Two different types of hybrid motors can be produced in this system in batch sizes of 1, in a cycle time of up to 180 seconds. The system has an overall length of approximately 50 metres, and a width of 15 metres.
