Production lines for electronic brake modules
Aumann provides highly-automated production lines for electronic brake modules, designed in accordance with the requirements of the customer. Our core expertise is in the assembly of control devices, hydraulic braking units (valve blocks), brake actuators and equalisation tanks. The various transfer systems and automatic feed-in units ensure a fully automatic operation. Key processes such as joining, caulking, clinching, screwing, seal and sleeve assembling are performed in over 100 individual stations. Furthermore, there are various test and inspection processes such as seal testing, EOL and optical inspections. Various module types can be produced in a cycle time of 12 seconds in the illustrated system; it is 85 metres long and 25 metres wide.
