Christoph Weigler is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Aumann AG and chairs the Audit Committee. He is the General Manager at UBER Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Upon completing his studies in Germany, China and the USA, Mr. Weigler worked for various consulting firms on projects in the automotive industry for eight years.
Dr.-Ing. Saskia Wessel | Member of the Board
Dr. Saskia Wessel is a member of the Board of Aumann AG. She is a mechanical engineer and division manager at the Fraunhofer Research Fabrication Battery Cell FFB. There she is responsible for the area of product and production technology. Dr. Wessel studied mechanical and process engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where she completed her doctorate (Ph.D.) in mechanical engineering.

Sebastian Roll | Chief Executive Officer
Dipl.-Betriebswirt (BA) Sebastian Roll, born in 1978, worked at CLAAS for several years after completing his studies in Business Administration. After joining the Aumann Group in 2009, he has held various management positions. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Aumann AG in February 2017 and Chief Executive Officer in July 2021. Mr. Roll is responsible for Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations, Human Resources, and Legal, amongst others.
Jan-Henrik Pollitt | Chief Financial Officer
Jan-Henrik Pollitt, B.A., born in 1986, studied Business Administration and joined the Aumann Group in 2010. Mr. Pollitt has held various management positions in the company and most recently headed Corporate Development at Aumann AG. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Aumann AG in July 2021 and, in addition to Finance, is responsible for Digitalisation, Investor Relations and Purchasing.
