Assembly system for brake calipers
Aumann offers highly automated assembly lines for the serial production of brake calipers (fist calipers) of different generations for PKW´s
The manufacturing solution includes partially automated workstations, automatic stations and robot solutions for the complete assembly and testing of fist saddles.
The various transfer systems with workpiece carrier circulation concept ensure fully automatic operation of the system.
Our core competencies lie in joining, crimping, screwing, piston, sleeve or rubber sleeve joining, as well as various tests such as tightness / high pressure and function tests as well as vision tests.
A large variety of variants and flexibility is achieved through manual set-up processes and cycle times of less than 15s per component are possible.
Each manufacturing solution is tailored precisely to the requirements of the customer (location, volume, scaling, area, automation, ...).
Such a plant has a total length of approx. 30 x 11 m.
