Aumann offers semi-automated production lines for roll stabilizers.
The production line consists of a pre-assembly area with 15 m x 15 m and a final assembly area with 12 m x 10 m. In more than 14 individual stations, main processes such as laser welding, joining, screwing, seal ring assembly, as well as various testing processes such as leak testing, EOL, vision tests and function tests are carried out.
The heart of the system is the automatic laser welding system as well as a complex rotary table with a self-designed screw technology consisting of servo drives and a Siemens SIMOTION control system.
The line is operated using the Chaku-Chaku principle with automatic unloading, i.e. the operator handles the components from station to station. Various types can be produced on the line in a cycle time of 60s.
Manual feeding and logistics systems are used on the line. Ergonomic aspects are taken into account in the arrangement.
This manufacturing solution is tailored precisely to the requirements of the customer (location, volume, scaling, area, automation, ...).
