Assembly system for clutch
Aumann offers semi-automated production lines for clutches of automatic torque converter transmissions and direct shift transmissions.
Our core competencies lie in the assembly/assembly of the plate pack, piston bearings, sealing rings and retaining rings, as well as various detailed measurements and tests. A transfer system ensures the connection between manual workstations, semi-automatic and fully automatic stations. Main processes such as joining, oiling, seal assembly, individual plates and plate pack measurement, axial and air clearance measurements, leak testing of the piston chambers and laser marking characterise the system.
The processes are constantly monitored with the aid of marked master part runs. The traceability requirements of the customers include batch and individual part tracking with corresponding process value monitoring. Various types can be produced on the line in a cycle time of approx. 30s.
The manufacturing solutions are adapted to the coupling type and the requirements of the customer (location, quantity, scaling, area, automation, ...) and have a total size of approx. 20 x 10m.
