A-NWS – Needle winding

Description

The A-NWS needle winding system is a six-spindle winding system for the direct winding of inside or outside grooved stators and rotors.. The design allows a networkable, modular control concept based on a Beckhoff PC control system. Seven controlled servo axes allow the fully automatic winding of axial and radial connection pins as well as auxiliary pins. The wire positioning system is driven by two servomotor-driven axes. Also installed: CNC sequential circuit for coordinated positioning and a programmable, servo-controlled, sinusoid-oscillating lifting system. The wire guide nozzles are horizontal-vertical swiveling, the winding tools are quickly changeable. The A-NWS offers graphic-based operator guidance via multitouch panel and this has a compact low-vibration mounting.

Advantages

  • Stable basic structure
  • PC control system Beckhoff brand
  • Graphic-based operator guidance
  • Programmable via the user interface and plain text
  • Access to the machine by means of the remote control
  • MES-capability
  • Driving by means of a servomotor-adjustable connecting-rod drive
  • Automatic terminating connection wires
  • Quick-change winding tools
  • Few component-specific tools needed
