Your Responsibility:
- Creating layouts and concepts for systems and devices (production lines, cells, fixtures etc.)
- Development of draft designs and detailed designs in Inventor / AutoCAD / Solidworks
- Ensure design quality
- Support of production control and the implementation of projects in workshop
- Supervise external designers
- Contact with customers and suppliers (specifications production) / Obtain and evaluate quotes
- Design / Calculate transmission (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic)
- Risk analysis / performance level analysis
- Complete the three-dimensional detailed design under the guidance, draw mechanical parts drawings, assembly drawings, and make changes according to the needs of the site
Your Qualification:
- Academic degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education
- Design experience in engineering fixture and machinery in the automotive industry
- The knowledge of MS-Office and CAD (AutoCAD / Solidworks / Inventor 2014)
- Ability to work independently and goal-oriented work in projects
- Non-standard mechanical design experience, familiar with commonly used mechanical parts, materials, standard parts, matching tolerances, geometric tolerance
- Basic understanding of mechanism design, mechanical structure, transmission, servo drive, sensors, pneumatics, etc.
- Logical thinking ability, Quick comprehension
- Coordinate the customers and suppliers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- English or German spoken and written
